Manon started playing golf at age 11. Won her first tournament at age 16, the Belgian Youth Trophy. A year later, at age 17, she won the Flanders Trophy. Later that year she was awarded with the Trophy ‘Annette de Vooght’ (Best Player under 18).
Manon became a member of the Belgian National Team in 2008 and defended her country at several European Team Championships, as well as the World Amateur Team Championship in Japan (2014).
After graduating from the Top Sport School for Golf in Hasselt (Belgium) in 2010, she started her education at the University of New Mexico. In May 2014 she graduated with a major in pshychology and minor in management. She played college golf in a NCAA Div 1 team for four years. During that time she won the Colonel Wallenbergs RAM classic (Fort Collins Colorado)(2012) and the Mountain West Conference at the Dinah Shore golf course (2012). In 2014 the Lobos won the Mountain West Conference, again at Dinah Shore golf course.
Received honors as an All-American Scholar from the National Golf Coaches Association in 2010 and was named All-Conference Second Team in 2013 and 2014.
At the end of 2014, Manon played the LET Q-school as a rookie and reached final stage, making the cut, but failing to get within the Top30 to get a full card on the LET. She finished T56th and got a 09b exemption on the LET.
January 1st Manon became a member of the LET and turned pro.
