Manon De Roey

Biography

Manon de Roey began playing golf at age 11 and quickly made a name for herself in the Belgian junior golf scene. At 16, she won her first tournament, the Belgian Youth Trophy, and at 17, she claimed the Flanders Trophy. Her exceptional talent earned her the ‘Annette de Vooght’ Trophy as Best Player Under 18. In 2008, she joined the Belgian National Team, representing her country in several European Team Championships and the World Amateur Team Championship in Japan in 2014.

After graduating from the University of New Mexico with a degree in psychology, Manon had a stellar college golf career. She won multiple titles, including the Colonel Wallenbergs RAM Classic and the Mountain West Conference Championship, and earned All-American Scholar honors. She was named to the All-Conference Second Team in 2013 and 2014.

In 2015, Manon turned professional and joined the Ladies European Tour (LET), where she quickly gained recognition for her consistency and skill. Over the years, she has accumulated several impressive results, including two LET victories: the 2022 Aramco Team Series in Bangkok and the 2024 Investec SA Ladies Open. Her stellar performances in 2024 led to a second-place finish on the LET Order of Merit, solidifying her place among Europe’s top golfers.

In addition to her success on the LET, Manon achieved a major milestone by earning her full LPGA Tour card for 2025 after finishing 4th in the Q Series. This achievement marks an exciting new chapter in her career as she looks forward to competing on the prestigious LPGA Tour, aiming to further elevate her game and achieve even greater success.
